Just wanted you to be the first to know that our repairs are complete. They have a few things they have to come back for but they are minor. I am so thrilled to have my home back! The craftsman that Iconic have working for them are fantastic! I can't say enough good things about them. Showed up every day and on time and worked nonstop.

It's been an exhausting, frustrating, and at times very disappointing process and I kinda feel like I have PTSD!

Here is the bright side of going through all of this....Louie, you have restored my faith and hope in humanity. This road was filled with deceitful, uncaring, money grabbing, dishonest people. So many times, just one disappointment after another. Throughout it all you stayed steadfast, and always fought for us when I didn't have the strength to do so. I truly don't think I could have gotten through it without your help and guidance. You absolutely live your faith every day and I will never forget your support and kindness. Your parents should be very proud!!
